2001 F50 5.4l 4x4 salling problem

2001 F50 5.4l 4x4 salling problem
This problem is of a 2001 F50 lariat supercrew 5.4l 4x4 with 255k miles run.
Great truck, this truck is my most important work tool.
After 255k miles the engine started to salling, through out, does not accelerate and go off. After a while it start to work perfect.
It was scanned by autozone, p0171, p0174, p1151, p1131, p0401
I noticed that the EGR VALVE has a problem, it was stucked open when the problem occurered.
After i disconect the vaccum from the EGR the truck start working fine.
I changed the Differential pressure sensor of the EGR, not genuine but good brand.
Removed the EGR and clean it , it was fine when it was removed.
Clean the Mass sensor.
Still truck has the problem.
I need sugestion about this from sperts or by experiences.
