What works well to apply Tire Gel to Aggressive Tires?
I use Stoner More Shine for the lugs/edge of the face of the tire, and then you can use your choice of tire gel to hit the flat face of the wheel or just keep going to the center. The stuff dries to the touch after about 30 minutes in warm air, 80's or higher. Even if put on and driven right away, depending on how much you use(as long as it's not dripping) it hasn't slung off in my experience. Great and easy product! Last quite a while, as well as being water based.

Still somewhat labor intensive but these are the best applicators I've found for my Trail Graps--- http://www.autogeek.net/carrand-tire...ing-brush.html

I've used the Carpro Tire "Swipe" Applicator with Four Star Ultimate Tire Protectant Gel with good results.
I found the gel end result to be a bit glossy for my taste but a light wipe with a microfiber towel tones it down.

Appreciate all the suggestions. I really like the Pinnacle product as it gives a result that I care for (dressed, not glossy) and never slings off if allowed to dry for 5 minutes.
I've tried all of the applicator suggestions and still dissatisfied with the effort/results on the lug sections of my Toyo ATII Extremes. That said, I tried a couple things at my local Advance Auto Parts store and landed on this:

Works GREAT on all the surfaces of the tires, takes no time at all and keeps me from getting my hands all nasty. The pic doesn't show the sponge part behind all the microfiber "tentacles" - hold the sponge part, apply some product to the tentacles, and go to town. Highly recommend.

If you use the aerosol can called( no touch )all you do is spray it on your tires and wipe off your rims wait 10 minutes and you're good to go I like lost but after one car wash it's not as glossy and stays good for a while, I'm running 295/65/20 toyo at 2 extreme . After the 10 minutes you do not have to worry about any over spray on to the body from the tires or the product to hit the body
