Default What works well to apply Tire Gel to Aggressive Tires?

I use Pinnacle Black Onyx Tire Gel and like the results; however, finding the right tool to apply it has been a little frustrating. Brushes seem to waste a lot of product, sponges get torn up by the sidewalls of my Toyo AT II Extremes...

Anyone had any success using something different?

U can dilute it so that u can put in a spray bottle. Not sure about the Pinnacle but with Carpro Pearl u can dilute it 1:1 with distilled water. I use Shine Supply "Dress It Up" interior dressing, yes an interior dressing on my tires and it works like a champ....a nice matte look, not a glossy look which I do not like.

Still somewhat labor intensive but these are the best applicators I've found for my Trail Graps--- http://www.autogeek.net/carrand-tire...ing-brush.html

combined with this--

If you spray it, there's a good chance it will fling all over the side of your truck when you start driving.

I use a sponge, wrapped in an old microfiber cloth, to keep the sponge from getting chewed up.

If used correctly it want sling, meaning let it dry completely before you start driving.

I use one of the cheap microfiber wax applicator pads. Works really good and does not get torn up easily.

Thanks for the ideas folks - I'll try a few and see what works for me.

How aggressive are the tires?

Can you post a pic?
