Meguiar's Hyper Dressing @ 4:1 ratio. Also works great on wheel-wells and various trim. Next up would be the off-the-shelf Meguiar's Ultimate interior/Exterior protectant. In the squeeze bottle, not the spray.

Griots Garage to clean up and finish with Aerospace 303. good and subtle shine with no residue.
i dropped off my truck a few weeks ago to get new tint (went a little darker) at a friend who works at a dealer so they can do it for free. the detailed the interior and used their supper wet/slippery shine (really not sure what they use) in the interior and my wife almost slipped on the running boards.....THEY SHINED UP THE RUNNING BOARDS!! i had to wash off whatever was on there and wiped down the interior with a rag. it was soaked with whatever they use. removed it all with Griots Garage interior cleaner and finished with Aerospace 303.
