Simple green at full strength. Let it dwell on them for a bit and then scrub with a brush. Hose them off and dry them and then put some type of protection on them (be careful as a lot of the stuff make them slippery)

Aro - amazing roll off works really well on them too, leaves some protection behind after using.

Forgot to ask this. Are the discolored spots generally lighter than the mat itself?
