Default Tire dressing?

Hey guys just wondering what brands some of you are using.I currently use meguiars hotshine in the can. When this first came out I loved it.It had the adjustable sprayer high, medium and low. Then they changed ,it's just a normal sprayer and I swear it seems more watered down now.It slings all over the side of the truck, and it didn't used to.Anywho does anyone know of a brand that doesn't sling but gets a nice shine?Meguiars has a new product out but I don't wont to lay down 9 bucks on something that's gonna do the same. Thanks

Never used it (I don't like shiny tires personally) but if it's as good as their other stuff I've used I'm sure it's top notch.

I use the new meguiar's endurance spray. Its last a while (when it doesnt rain) and doesnt sling up onto the truck if you dont put it on too heavy,

Thx cjc I'll give it a whirl, and Bill I'm about at the point of not putting anything on as well. One thing I hate is the Goodyear "lined"sidewall,I think it would be easier with a smooth sidewall.I think it tends to pool between those lines, but idk.

I used to use the Armor All gel that come in a squeeze bottle with the foam applicator. The one that looks like a recycled mustard bottle. I still use it on my wifes car. The applicator only lasts half a bottle then falls apart. The Meguiar's version has a hard plastic handle and the foam seemed too soft. The handle then hits the tire and it falls out of your hand. I tried the Endurance spray on my Screw with the 20" Pirellis because of the ribbed sidewall. Like you said the gel seems to build up in the ribs. The Endurance sprayer (I dont use the pump) comes out kind of quick so it may take a few tires to get a feel for it. Move kind of quickly I guess. I wipe down the wheels when I'm done, but leave the tires to set up overnight before I drive it. Smells like grape candy too. If you have an Advance Auto Parts near you, check your flyers. Sometimes the have Meguiars stuff buy one get one, or buy two get one free.

Yeah,I saw the endurance this past weekend, but at around 9 dollars seems kinda steep.I'll probably wait until it's on sale or like you said buy one get one free.As for gels I don't use that much,it's a beast to get your tires clean the next go around without getting your rag or brush black and it doesn't come off. At least it's been that way with those I've tried.

I use blackfire on my rubber.

I would not recommend anything that you find at the local discount store as many of these will collect more dirt, dry out your rubber, and turn your rubber brown as well as stain the rubber. Yuck.

I use Megs, or 3d products. 3d has a lot of excellent products.

Dry Shine Tire Treatment

It's a dry tire treatment that lasts for months. You can adjust the gloss level by the amount of coats. More coats shinier tires. This stuff works!

"Finally! The World’s first DRY and LONG LASTING Tire Shine Treatment, which both beautifies and protects your tires! Forget the oily mess and the need for constant reapplication of all those silicone based tire dressings. DRYSHINE TIRE TREATMENT finally solves all those undesirable issues you’ve experienced trying to keep your tires looking good. Now you can have a Tire Treatment that dries to the touch in seconds, and keeps your tires looking great for MONTHS!..."

Optimum Opti-Bond cut with 1/3 water in a spray bottle....stuff is magic. If I'm out of that, 303 Aerospace Protectant.
