Time to detail. I NEED HELP????

Yeah, hand wash with one of those microfiber shammys. Dry with a waffle weave towel available at pep boys. You probably need two for a truck.
Claybar is available at pepboys usually in conjunction with detail spray. I've even seen it for sale at K-Mart. Claybarring a new car is a piece of cake anyway, so why not?
I assume you don't want to wait for mail order, A lot of people like Meguiar's Ultimate. Zainos also has a following and I've seen it at Pep Boys.
I really like the Turtlewax rinseless car wash using the "garry dean" method. You can youtube it up. Sometimes its at the Wal-Mart, sometimes its not, although you can easily order it from them. I get my microfiber towels from Sams Club in the giant economy size.
For "hand-wash" if you don't go rinseless, do the two bucket thing with grit guards on the bottom available at.......pep boys.
If you want to do mailorder, I'd probably get the Collinite 843 liquid, or the Duragloss two step system. A lot of people like Klasse. I still wouldn't spend a bunch of money on high-falutin towels, though.
I don't really have a recommendation about a beauty wax to put on top of it. You have a lot of sheet metal to cover and by the time you do the other things you will be sick of it. I'd just get a spray wax and call it a day. Ireally like the Duragloss Aquawax product, but the (more expensive) Optimum spray wax has a following too.
