Iron X by CarPro.

this is iron particles embedded in the paint. some refer to it as fallout, rail dust, bonded surface contaminants...whatever you want to call it it, Iron X will remove it.

Might sound stupid, but I use magic erasers to detail my cars, removes spots hard to get and I haven't scratched any of my cars paint using them. There is a lot of pollen where I live, magic erasers remove it, even the thick coatings if wetted down. I use it to do the trim etc also.

I have a white truck, and sd_fox_racer is absolutely correct. To get these contaminant particles off, you should use a clay bar. It is a multi step treatment you need to do, but starting with a clay bar is the key. Then pre-wax cleaner, and a waxing.
Do some research, or look at this quick how-to:
http://www.eshine.ca/DetailClay.htm
I did mine, and now do it every summer. The paint looks great all the time now, and each year there is just a little spotting.
Good luck- it takes a fair bit of effort...

This^ i have tons of experience with rail dust. Clay bar can get it sometimes, if its relatively new, but if its been on there awhile, iron x.

X5 Recommendations
for the iron x product, if that doesn't get it off you can clay after that. But clay can just sheer off the top section of the particle and you won't get it all, Iron X disolves it. Yes it stinks like hair perm shop, but it works, you will see it reacting with lots of particles not just the ones you "see".

Cheers,
GREG

Default Orange Spot Removal Test Site

I had the same problems on my 2013 F-150. The spots on my truck look exactly like the spots in your pictures. I tried spot remover and had great success. I took before and after video and pics because I was skeptical. However, the stuff worked great. I posted the pics and videos. Take a look at:

you dont need to wipe iron x off, in fact, i would recommend against it. all you need to do it spray on, let it dwell for 5 mins, and then thoroughly rinse.
