Go to a dealership in your area for nicer cars. Like a Mercedes, BMW, or something like that dealer. Ask who they use to refinish wheels. You could even call one in your area and say you have a car from them and your rim has curb rash. See who they use. They have super picky customers, so will use a good local company. My neighbor did this for his Mercedes and it cost him $150.

Thanks all. They got back to me and advised they don't do chrome as the equipment and process is too extensive. Said I would be better off buying rims.

I work for the Mercedes dealership in Syracuse and we have rim doctor repair wheels all the time from straightening bent wheels to fixing curb damage, and they do a very very good job.
