Default Ordered some new detail stuff

Excited to get some product and supplies today.

I've been reading The Complete Guide to A Show Car Shine by Mike Phillips from Autogeek.net

I decided to start giving a DA polisher a try so I can get some experience

I have some Collinte 845 already and plane to get some more stuff as I go.

Next I will get some Iron X, a good All In One, more DA pads, and a few other things. The total goes up in a hurry once you start adding things to your cart.

I been having Iron X and my other polishing and waxing products for over a year now. But still haven't waxed it. :-(

I really need to get off my *** and do it. The 3 week old has kinda taken my free time here lately.

Yeah, haven't picked that up yet. Thinking of getting one of; Meg's Ultimate Compound or Menzerna PG1000. I hear Menzerna is awesome stuff but I will prolly go with Meg's UC because I'm just learning, it's cheap, and it's OTC.

Just used the dp glass restore on my car. Worked so-so but I want to try a more aggressive pad.

I used the wg uber compound the other day as well. I really liked that over anything I've used so far. Bought it over winter from autogeek as many really seemed to like it. It's a good easy to use compound. I was very impressed with how my mustang turned out. I still need to hit it with a little heavier compound/pad as the uber compound and orange pad didn't totally remove the imperfections. I liked that it was relatively low dust and the finish it left was beautiful.
