They are busy? They do this for free? They don't like you? Not sure why they don't answer customer service emails. Customer implies that you are paying for something... What customer support you looking for? On a semi related issue: You do realize that the Moderators do not necessarily work for Ford... and this is not a Ford site... and therefor they have no obligation to read/answer customer service questions.

The Forum Moderators have nothing to do w/ Ford Customer Service, if that is what you are referring to.
