Yep. Subscription paid 04-29-2016 to 04-29-2017. T-shirt order form is usually auto sent as a PM (Personal Message on Forum/ Not email) to you w/in 24 hours of transaction date. Check your Forum PM's to make sure you didn't miss it & get back to me. If not...I will make it so.

No. Takes 10 or so working days to ship...Maybe a little more going to Canada.
