Un-Suscribe not working.....help

Default Un-Suscribe not working.....help
I have tried numerious times to un-subscripe to the;

yet keep getting the emails. Can a Mod or someone help me or tell me how to stop getting these emails?

go into your user cp and under settings and options select edit options ... deselect the check marks for e- mail notification.
