Ok now that we clarified all that up. I downloaded the app and I get the same problem. I also noticed if you save the image and open it later it opens it in full size which makes it even stranger.

So this is localized to the Samsung Galaxy S4?

It appears fine to my iPhone 5S. Let me rattle a few cages and see what I can come up with.

No. It seems the newer Android operating system as a whole is this way. It does it on my Note 3.
