yeah, that's the tricky part with some of these issues....it can be a myriad of things...

Couple things to think about which will help us find the problem:

1. What browser are you using?
2. What internet provider?
3. Are you running any ad blockers or spam type software than can slow things down?
4. Does it happen all the time or sometimes?
5. Does any of the page load, or is it blank/hung-up from the start?

That info can help us detect the issues.

Thanks!

1. Internet explorer 8 I guess? I'm not too familiar with the computer terms still.
2. Roadrunner, that's what you mean right?
3. I don't run any blocking but there is one that comes up "This website is using a scripted window to ask you for information. If you trust this website, click here to allow scripted windows". That's only when I click the post a picture button and is pretty normal to me.
4. It happens 40-60% of the time, and if one particular thread gives me a problem then that thread usually won't load several times when I refresh.

5.

I'm experiencing all the same problems as Sean.

I use Roadrunner Cable internet, No idea what variant of IE on my old laptop but it happens at work, on my NEW laptop and on the old one, no spam blockers, problem happens better than 50% of the time I read the site... etc.

As Sean stated, the top portion of the screen comes up until the top ad bar loads, then it will usually stop from there down and be just a blank screen. Usually, even if I go to another site and then come back after a few minutes it may or may not decide it wants to work.

Kinda annoying really.

EDIT- Just now I am getting " To help protect your security, IE has blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors. Click here for options..."

I dont remember seeing that before but I usually ignore those popups when they come up. This particular one caught my eye since its pertinant to this thread.

This is still a problem. It pisses me off more each day, enough to where when it happens I just do something more productive. I have also been noticing "waiting for Google ad" blah blah whatever.

It's definitely better today. About 1 out of 5 freezes the screen.

hey guys...sorry about the issues. I will be working on it tonight and let you know what comes of it.

I've got some ideas in mind that I think should help.

Thanks!

I wanted to give it some time before I reported. When I first get on the download speed is very quick. As I navigate around it slows down some and the pages start freezing up again. Not nearly as bad but it's still happening. Now there's also different page errors. Everything is underlined in red but when I put the arrow over it the underline turns blue, sort of like a link. Sometimes when everything is underlined in a thread it won't let me reply.
