Not sure it has anything to do w/ it (but very possibly), but it shows you registered twice on the same day w/ same user name. One w/ that user name shows 13 posts w/ User Profile Fields completed, & one w/ that user name showing 0 posts & none of the User Profile Fields completed.
Did you comlpete the registration process twice using the same user name each time possibly?
