Default Need help with truck whine

I have a 2005 F150
For the last couple of months the truck has had this loud whine around the engine. The noise start when i crank it up and doesnt go away. When i accelerate the noise increases.
The best way for me to describe the noise is like when your driving a manual transmission as a beginner, and you give it gas before releasing the clutch.
A few people have looked at it and said its gotta be a idler pulley or the bearing on the alternater. I replaced the alternator, and the tensioner assembly. Ive checked all the bearings i can reach with a rod and none of the pulley seem to have bad bearings. The noise doesnt have anything to do with the stearing. The noise also stays the same with the a/c on or off.

Any ideas would be great and i appreciate any help
Thanks!
