How about the same toolbar at the bottom of the page as at the top?

How about the same toolbar at the bottom of the page as at the top?
It would be really nice when paging through the posts on one of the sections and being at the bottom of the page if you could skip to someplace else without having to scroll all the way back to the options at the top.
There are lots of times when I find myself at the bottom of 2009 to current, and want to skip over to subscribed threads, but have to scroll all the way back up to be able to hit the "quick links" button first. Would be really nice to have that same blue bar of options at the bottom of the pages too.
