Default Having trouble adding properly sized avatar pic

I've added a properly sized avatar pic, 175 x 150 pixels or so, 15k size. I can see the photo in my User CP right after I've uploaded it, but it doesn't appear on my posts.

Is there something I'm missing? Thanks.

Sorry. Can't make your boss hire a better looking secretary.

The one in your User CP is your profile pic, not your avatar.
