How in the heck do I disable nightly emails?

Default How in the heck do I disable nightly emails?
Tried everything... Anybody able to post a screenshot on where this setting is or can someone guide me through it?

Click on the user cp. There is an option on the left side SETTINGS & OPTIONS, you want to go to Edit Options - under the messaging part un-check the boxes to receive the emails.

"Default Thread Subscription Mode" is what you're looking for

So weird... I promise that is a screenshot of my user cp as it was when I went in there today. Didn't change it for the pic lol. Very odd, maybe a mod will have an answer.
