FAQ Thread?
This may have been suggested before but I thought I'd throw it out there.
How about a FAQ thread at the top of the forum. You could list out all the FAQs like MPG/performance mods, Average MPGs, what size tire, what is my bolt pattern, which leveling kit should I get (2", 2.5", 3") and why, how do I post pictures, how do I upload pictures, etc... And the very first one could be how do I use the search button feature!!
It won't stop all the multiple questions on one topic we get but it may get a lot of them. Or we could just point all the askers to that thread.

I certainly agree with a thread on the Search Button and will look into getting that done. We did start a "How-To" sub-forum to address the questions that are most commonly asked about the F150. We can adjust the title of this to include FAQ and move threads into this that address the most common questions.
