But our 09-10s aren't the same as 04-08 or the 11+. 04-08 doesn't need one cause it was the same engines all the way through and same with 97-03. We're like the odd men out but with the least amount of problems (or so it seems)

I really dont like each gen having its own engine subforum. I think that just adds clutter and and I really dont think people will use it much, people tend to skip sub forums. Ultimately though, Im not the one that decides these things anyways, Lenn over rides us anyways so he will have to make the call on this one.

Understandable, just figured it was worth a try since we're pretty run over by the 11+ newbies. The rest of them seem to use the subforum pretty well.

Thanks

I do agree, we need to do something different, maybe your idea will work the best. If Lenn wants to get this ball rolling perhaps we could take a vote as a forum and see what the masses want. What I think will work doesnt mean much if no one else agrees with me.

It's up to you guys in the end but I think it'd help remove the cluster we have in the 09+ section so that general stuff pertaining to all years stays there and stuff for only the certain years goes in the 2 subforums. It's the most active forum so topics tend to get repeated or dropped to the bottom quite often as well.

Just let us know

I'm not opposed to anything. Come up with a good, clutter free, cohesive way to lay it out and I'll work on adding the sections.

Not a challenge, more of an invitation.

I'm opening this up to you, if you want it. Come up with a layout (or even a basis for a layout) and I will see what I can do with it.

This forum is just as much the members' as it is mine.

IE figure out a way to do it effectively so fairly simple and we can look into implementing it. Not a bad idea but tons and tons of sub forums does tend to clutter up as a whole
