Have to be a toss up;

90 Dakota regular cab, long box with the 3.9 V6 4x2, 2 tone blue. Replaced it with a 91 Dakota regular cab, long box with 5.2 V8 4x4 2 tone blue. See the pattern here. Friends gave me a hard time be cause they said they were the same. Put your foot down and they were not. Have to give the edge to the 91 for engine and 4x4.

^^^My 1988 Dodge D150 with a 318 was a close second to my Superduty. Loved that motor.

My first car/truck was a '92 Bronco XLT 5.0L I got new at the beginning of my senior year in college. I loved that truck. Fun off-road (except I didn't have a rear locker), pretty good on gas, easy to park in the city, decent cargo capacity, and loads of fun. I went everywhere in it!

Around '98 or so, that truck still smelled new when I got sideswiped by a tanker truck that swerved to miss a Miata that cut him off while driving in heavy traffic during a pouring rainstorm. I got squashed up against a concrete divider. Climbed out the driver's side window without a scratch. The right side fo the truck was completely smashed, but the only contact on the left was where the running board touched the divider. It missed getting totaled by a few hundred dollars. They patched it up pretty good, but it was never the same. After a couple of years I started getting a lot of body rust. Finally sold it off to a kid in '07 for $2k w/ 100k miles on it after not being able to keep up with the maintenance on it. Only 2 minor issues over the years that I can remember: the fuel tank was replaced under warranty early on for a leak due to rust and 1 alternator around 60k miles. Oh, and I had some boy-racer bounce his rice burner off my right side while blowing by me one night doing ~90 as I was slowing to get off at an exit. He never stopped, and the only scratch I could find on the truck was a broken housing for the automatic locking hub, which I then had replaced w/ Warn manual hubs.

I really wish Ford would bring back the Bronco. An aluminum-bodied 2-door, maybe based on the Excursion but weighing ~1k lbs less, w/ an FX4 package and the 2.7L Ecoboost would be just about perfect for me!

Never kept vehicles longer then 5 years, so.....

I don't know about "best" but my absolute favorite to date is my 2005 Hayabusa I bought new.
I'm going to finally have to let her go this summer......and my Harley.
I want a new Victory so they will be sold to fund it.

This bike, will go 0-89 mph in 1st gear, and you have 5 more left.
Top speed I hit in a very very short distance of approximately ~1 mile was 192mph.
Oh man, was this thing the most fun to goose it, and hold your *** on.
People thought the hump was for looks......it's to keep you on the bike at WOT.

I can't risk the fun with my license in todays Govt anymore. She's gotta go.

Two wheels: My 2002 BMW R1150RT-P. I have had MANY bikes, but never one that felt that absolutely perfect at any speed. If you want two wheeled perfection, and you aren't a poser- an ex-cop BMW is the the best bike on the road.

Four wheels: A toss up between my '65 Mustang FB, or our '88 Baretta GT. Both of them did yeoman service in very different capacities: The 'tang got the crap beat out of it DAILY for 3 years until the front unibody actually broke off. The Baretta went for 12 years with nothing more than oil changes, tires, and brakes- a real trooper if there ever was one.

Trucks: Most likely a '84 C10 silverado with a straight six and three on the tree. I should have NEVER sold that truck! I know it's still out there somewhere. The paint was typical 80's GM crap, but that poor little truck did more work than anything I have ever owned- and I've owned MANY trucks.

Honorable mention: My first NEW truck- '77 F150 ranger XLT "trailer special"- A wonderful truck till my mom&dad borrowed it one day. On the way to the grocery store, some idiot in a '76 kingswood estate ran a red light- so much for my truck...... Mom&Dad were OK. Luckily I never talked to the guy that hit it;(

1995 BMW M3 - perfect 50/50 weight distribution with a screaming inline 6. But those Michelin Pilots destroyed my wallet. A total blast to drive and good looking.

That is a really hard question.
One of my favorites was my first car, 1969 Mustang fastback. Totally stock with a 302, auto. It was a beater and I beat the crap out of it.

Next would be our '06 GT convertible. 5 speed, 4:10 gears, full Bassani exhaust, Hot Rod cams, etc... Tons of mods and a blast to drive.

Next would be our '12 GT. Bought it brand new in '11. 5.0, 3:73 gears, 6 speed. Man it was fast. Totally stock ran a 12.93 @ 110mph.

Then our current Mustang; '92 LX with 5.0, 5 speed, tons of mods and a Vortech supercharger.

Loved the Z too.

And of course my current truck.

Way to tough to pick. Crap, then there was the '66 Chevelle convert, '71 Nova Super Sport, '66 Chevy II, '68 Firebird and the list goes on.

This is a hard question but here goes......first let me say I am a very picky person, every rattle, squeak & noise bothers me and I have been known to trade in a car if it doesn't live up to my high standards. I have also owned import/domestic, luxury/regular, cars & trucks.

My favorite was my 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT. That vehicle was the longest I ever owned a vehicle and definitely lived up to my standards. In the 5 years of ownership she served my family & I very well with a smooth ride and quiet comfortable interior.
