Default Yeah, my new truck leaks.

Yes, I have searched the forum and have found many people are having this problem. I believe I've pinpointed to the top of the back window with power slider. Pulled off the third break light and it's nice and dry. My question is people who have had the seal replaced, did it remedy the problem? The panaramic roof seems to be ok.....for now. I actually had wind noise (as if sucking air in the corner of your mouth) which made me look around and I found a wet headliner all the way at the rear center. Trying to remain calm still having 57k on the note and, haven't had an oil changed yet. We had our first below freezing night this past week and wonder if water that was already hiding in there froze and caused a bigger problem. Thanks all.

Why not take it in for warranty? I had a leak up by the windshied, as well as a windshield issue. Scheduled an appointment for the leak checker guy and got both fixed.

Just got back from the dealership, they can't even take a look at it until Monday, meanwhile more and more water keeps coming in it's been raining all night and it's to rain all day. Dealership couldn't have cared any less even after buying it their in late aug. Based on experience if I go to a dealership for warranty work and I didn't buy it there they're going to recommend I take it to where I bought it since it's so new,, so frustrating.

My buddy had to talk me off the ledge by wanting to put silicone in the gap. And I don't have a garage that it fits in. Guess it's time for a beer(s).

Guess all dealerships are different. I bought mine in Seattle, and had my warranty work done in tacoma without an issue. The leak guy where I'm at only came once a week so I had to wait to. Kinda sucks new rigs have these problems, but they do.

Yeah, have had my fair share of new vehicles and still have never found a service department that had been easy to work with, and I'm very easy to please. Also made me wonder if I should even be going there when the service writer looked at the window and said well that's because it's aftermarket, I almost crapped my pants.

Truck is this new, start documenting all actions you've taken and get in contact with a customer rep. I hear your pain.

There are bad dealers of all brands. I had a bad selling dealer on my Ford. Once I made noise in the show room and told the manager I've been documenting everything the tone changed.

They ended up sending me to another dealer that could fix my new truck.

I won't get into what happened but if you don't stand up the only other option is to eat it.

Good luck
