You'll LUV 'em!!

Let us know how that plug-n-play installation goes. It should be easy-peasy!

I got the hard wired version and it wasn't bad, so just plugging yours into the OBD II port shouldn't take any time at all. .

I think that may be just the trip signal for the module to lower and raise because I have a huge harness to run up to the battery and down to both step motors.

Here's a layout of parts I received, to the far right is the OBDII pass thru harness, two screws and done, then a little to the left notice the hulking main harness LOL really nothing to it just follow the instructions and anyone that can turn a wrench and splice a wire can install these things.

I'm amp'd (pun intended) to get them installed, wife sick so my priorities are modified right now but no later than this weekend.

What's the weight of those compared to stock (non-powered) sidesteps?

The oem steps are most likely heavier because they are steel, the power steps are aluminum. The shipping weight was 56lbs.

Oh, okay, that's not bad. I would have thought heavier with the motors, actuators, etc.
