Default Would you or do you vinyl floor?

One of the trucks I am looking at in oxford white I wanted I found out has vinyl floor.
Would this be a deal breaker for you?
I see both positives and negatives as to the usefulness.

Love the vinyl floors in my XL and I would NOT trade it for carpet. It's so easy to clean, you'll never have to worry about stains etc...

Depends how you will use the truck, if your all ways getting into muddy situations then vinyl hands down. If it's just occasionally, carpet provides better insulation against temp and sound variances. Just throw in a set of molded floor protectors like Husky or Weathertech.

My dad ordered my 2000 top line XLT 4x4 with carpet delete, captains chairs & 5spd manual. Thought at first about changing to carpet but now that I've lived with it I love it.

I had a vinyl or whatever it was in my Ranger. I loved that floor--I would trade my carpet in a heartbeat for vinyl. Vinyl is so much easier to clean--especially in the winter or when there is mud.

I thought about having my floorboard line-xed, but since I have black carpet. I decided against doing it. Easy to clean with vinyl though.

Those thoughts expressed in regards to the ease of keeping it clean were my number one thoughts when I realized they were vinyl floors.
Drawbacks I see as possible being the carpet acting as an insulator for road noise and the cold winter temperatures we get in the great white north.

I have a 13 with vinyl flooring. I really thought I wanted it. I do like it a lot better than carpet. What I don't like is the vinyl is thinner than I had expected and the floor has a lot of bumps and concave areas that the vinyl conforms to. I would like it a lot better if there were some padding under the vinyl to keep it flatter.

Vinyl in my Ranger, and carpet in the 150. In both, I have Husky liners. Kind of a toss up. The vinyl is great because of the cleaning factor, but really, the liners keep crap off the floor in both trucks.
As far as insulation goes, I thought there was a liner under the vinyl, could be wrong. My first 2 150's were both XLs with the vinyl. Since, all my trucks but the Ranger have carpet, and I really noticed no difference in noise or heating/cooling.
