Default Windshield wiper problem
I have a 2013 platinum and my wiper go off when there no rain on the windshield and its in the off position. Any one can shed some light why

There's a TSB on that very issue, TSB 15-0061, the cause is the wiper/multifunction switch.

That's not considered a dangerous enough safety issue to warrant a recall.
