Default Frustrated with Fan!

Guys, I have a 2003 F-150 and my blower/fan recently quit working. I have ran the blower/fan directly from the battery so I know the fan is good. I have placed new fuses in the fuse box so I know I am good there too. I have also had the relays checked, and used a test light on the fan hardshell to verify it had power as well. I installed a new switch at a cost of about $23.00 that did not get the job done either! I am at the end of my road with this, the truck has 185,000 miles on it and I am not interested in spending much money on it. I can do without the A/C, but my son drives the truck and will need the blower working once winter hits and he will be in need of the defroster! Any suggestions?

Get a comprehensive wire diagram and chase the circuit. There's more than one relay on the fan motor. Some are located under the pop out panel on the passengers side of the dash (looks like a surfboard)

Marc D, thank you for your suggestion. I will definitely look into the relay on the passenger side and am hopeful that will solve my issue. Sure am missing my A/C, especially with the 90 degree days looming ahead!

Did you check the blower motor resistor?

Check the resistor, that controls the speed of the blower motor and when that goes bad, it won't work at all. I didn't see that in your list of things you checked or replaced so I can almost bet that's your problem.
