What's a fair price?

Just a warning.. Working in "new car prep" at a ford dealership has taught me a lot of things about new cars/trucks. You never want to get a vehicle thats really been on the lot for more then 3 months.. I see that yours was built in december, so it probably hit the lot around that time... Lot rot is a bad thing man, just because its new doesnt mean its gonna be mint. Layers of dust and dirt have been baked onto that truck by the hot summer, and obviously never washed off. When it sits for long periods like the one you're looking at, you have the possibility of having bug nests in it(seen it a million times). Your biggest enemy though is tree sap. Iv seen tree sap ruin MANY brand new cars and trucks. Basically, tree sap drips onto car, sun bakes it in, stains paint permanently. No matter what you do, you wont get it out. If you are going to pull the trigger on this, make sure you inspect it over BEFORE.

if no one buys them of course they are gonna sit and get dust and dirt buildup. Sorry there isnt a person with a specific job to go around and hose off every single new car of the hundreds on the lot.. Of course cars get moved around the lot, they do all the time, but that doesnt mean they get washed when they move. Im just giving the guy a few pointers from my experience because i deal with these vehicles first hand.

My XLT sat for 433 days on 2 different Ford lots before I bought it. The body is mint actually... not a scratch or mark on it when I got it. But the engine bay..... yeesh...... It had sat along a relatively major street/freeway with the hood open for a few months.... and yep it looked it. They didn't even clean it when I bought it underhood or underneath. Hell it had mud on the bottom of the cab, in the running boards and whatnot. That said..... it gets filthy as my work rig and I got it for 38% off of sticker price. I really didn't care lol. The longer they sit the cheaper they get!

That's what I'm hoping for. I don't have a trade in. I talked to the saleswoman. I told her politely that I'm in no rush. I already have a car and it's paid off. And the 2015's will be coming out in a few months. She said, I'll call you in November if they are giving more rebates and discounts then. I told her sure. But, I could have found something by then!
We'll see what happens. I think that truck will be there till next year. They seem to sell a lot more F250's and F350's there. It's around a lot of farms.

Weird. My local dealer network has their inventory washed frequently
