Default belt or pulley

On my 2001 f150 the belt sqeeks and i have replaced it once. also sometimes sounds that a pulley isnt lubed up. Anyone got a answer?

Its kinda hard to diagnose the problem without being present, but it could be a fan clutch.

It could be a bearing going bad in the a/c clutch, alternator, power steering pump, or the auto tensioner, warm it up, a/c and defrost off, listen for it belts usually last 5 years or so, don't be alarmed if you see tiny craks on the back side of the belt, way back when we used pepsi or coke for belt dressing to help with a squeaky belt.
