It's ridiculous here, almost everything says 20x20. Not sure where they are measuring from but the last 20x20 only had 18' 4" from the back of the garage to the door. Unfortunately the split two car garages with 2 separate doors always seem to have at least 2 more feet than a single door garage. I do have those fancy power fold mirrors now so if I have to settle for that I'll be ok.
First world problems I suppose haha.

So I do foundations for a living and I'll tell you how they get the 20x20. It's outside of wall dimensions. Take off the 6 or 8 inch walls on both sides and you get a 19x19 or 18'8". I hate it too. I got a spec home so I got the "20x20". My bro had his house built and I told him to get the 4 foot extension on his

Our neighbors just put their house up for sale. Lol. When we were looking at houses, first thing I told our realtor was that absolutely no HOA's or you'd see me on the nightly news. She thought it was funny until I walked out of 2 different houses. I can't stand being close together in a city.....but couldn't afford the amount of land I wanted. Haha.

Needed to haul in a frozen tub of glue from my Father's business to my work so it can thaw out.
Roughly 2100 lbs.

That's interesting, irritating though. You would think with the number of people owning crew cab trucks they'd start having a larger standard garage.

Almost every damn neighborhood in West Wichita (Maize on west) or Goddard is in an HOA in seems like. I'd love to move back to the country but land prices have gotten out of hand around here.

Looking at 5 more tonight but the truck is sleeping in the garage. I'll let the truck be a surprise if I end up in a swanky HOA.

Decent weather so the truck got a well needed bath.

Pulled my Kicker out of my wrecked 14, and also swapped out the Powerstops with the OEM rotors and pads, then the salvager can come and pick it up and I can say goodbye to it. Real shame, that truck was in perfect condition and a great runner too. Great memories this past year in it, taking our first cross country vacation with a trailer and camping with the kids.

Here's hoping the new truck is just as good, though I already have three issues, IA door locks dont unlock when the handles are salty wet, doors freeze and it has a vibration. Not a good start.

Started the day by going to work, then went to pick up my wife and son. Guy pulled out in front of her and they wrecked. Now to deal with insurance and being a vehicle down. Might have to break out the cold weather gear and ride the bike for a few days.

No injuries in the wreck by the way. Everybody has been checked out and they're good.
