See, when i put it in manual only one number shows up. In drive no numbers show up.

That's how it's supposed to be in drive. Once you click the - button all the gears should show up and you can choose the maximum gear you want to use.

My baby got new Monroe Load Levelers this morning, both rear shocks were bad, now I need to decide if the struts should be replaced, how do you know when their not performing right ? I can hear a slight clang sound when I hit smooth bumps.

It usually dips dives and rolls to much. As well as feels spongy.

Put it in drive and press "+" they should all show up. And they will all stay illuminated until you press "-" to lock gears out or press "+" again when all six gears are showing.

Hope that's what it is, at any rate. Oh ya! Been der, dun dat! With mud as well on the big truck. It'll sure tighten your britches up!
Good stuff! Now that you mention it, yes, a sway bar link will make a clunking noise. I remember last winter during a snow storm, going to my buddy's garage and we installed my 2" level kit. We broke a sway bar link bolt (seized) while putting things back together....my friend said to remove the broken link or it would clunk....until I could get a new one installed at the dealer a few days later. Hope that's all it is....relatively inexpensive.

Yep yep, links and bushings are cheap, and not bad to replace, if it's warmer out. 5F/-15C really doesn't light a fire under me though.LOL

Nope, just shows the next gear, at no time does all 6 gears show on the gauge at the same time. Oh well, it works so I guess I can't complain :-)

Default 40 sheets of OSB

Found a guy offering used sheets of OSB for a buck apiece. Loaded 40 sheets of 1/2" and 3/8" into the bed -- almost 2000 lbs worth!

That's one way to level a truck.

I did learn something... just because a 4x8 sheet fits on the floor of the bed, doesn't mean it will fit at the top of the bed...
