Well this was technically yesterday, but I went out to a truck show and it was a great turn out! When the burnout contest started here came a stock looking Ecoboost among the tons and tons of highly modified trucks, and he did not disappoint!

I installed a magnaflow muffler along with a nice polished tip, then started rerouting the hoses and such to install the engine cover. Waiting on the heater hose connectors to arrive to i can route them out of the way. Also installed the new coil covers. Ill grab some pics tomorrow and post up.
Tore my transfer case apart. .. Found out why my truck didn't want to move in gear.. The chain is stretched so bad its rubbing the swivel that moves the forks and is making it go in between 2wd and putting it in neutral... So a 100 dollar chain will fix what I thought was going to be a new transmission and 2 grand... Lol. Yay me

Washed my XLT..... it was only around $80 lol..... but that's what slogging through pea soup snot at work does to the truck... and I wash underneath as much as I do on the body so it's pretty damn spotless under there. There was an ulterior motive though..... I installed my MBRP catback. It's the same 3.5" single I have on my FX4 but this go around I ordered the one for the Raptor that comes powdercoated black. It's sorta disappointing they only powdercoat the aluminized version and not the stainless but oh well. It sounds alright..... well just like the FX4 lol. I might check my ball and socket flange though as it makes more noise on the highway and it may be leaking.
This exhaust fits okay but both systems needed the same mod.... I should contact MBRP. The rear most hanger on their tailpipe needs to be bent as how they send it the pipe hits the hanger and you can't even get it in without bending it. Had to do this on both trucks. This Raptor system fits better than on my other truck though overall so I won't complain too much.

Jumping alt dash gauge
Red letter day, i had a jumping altinator dash guage. I replaced evry thing i could think of in the electrical line top the gauge and had no sucess until today. I figured out i had forgotten to change out the voltage regulator connector to the voltage regulator. It was $3.95 and shipping total $10.00 at Advanced auto yea. My f-150 is a 1982 f-150 automatic c-6 trans and a 302 V8. Gauge is solid yea.
I'm going to pick up a new Grille for my 2012 today...coming home from up north yesterday a Crane decided to take off from a roadside growth right into my grille.....gave me a startle as it is quite a large bird!
