Cleaned up the shop yard a little bit. Running out of room and the construction company that owns the place keeps filling the yard with site trailers.

That looks like a pretty cool drive. We'll be over in 37 this weekend.

lilcrazyone Good looking truck too. Are you moving that trailer?

I got caught with my pants down. We just bought an Escape with the 2 liter ecoboost to tow a lightweight fiberglass trailer. These new turbocharged Escapes can tow up to 3500 lbs, but only come with a 4 pin trailer connector. The trailer we like is a ParkLiner, but they're a fairly new company making a great product (only 2100 lbs dry - http://www.parkliner.com/), so we figured we'd have to buy new. Then Tuesday morning a 2012 comes up used in NJ. We go to get it tomorrow. I have not wired the Escape for a 7 pin RV plug yet in part because it is a pain in the butt. My '01 F150 though is a different story. No problem finding a hitch for it in Albany (NY), but am having problems finding a plug & play connector like Curt's 55242. If I can find one, we'll take the F150 down, if not, it's the Escape. I installed a 7 pin on the back of the Escape, but it's only wired for lights, no brakes. Bah. Didn't want to miss out on this deal, but at this moment, I am not really prepared!

Good news for me is I found a quick connect 7 blade RV plug up in Albany, so will run up and get that and a Class 3 hitch for the F150 this afternoon, and now can go to NJ prepared to haul the cool little fiberglass travel trailer we bought. I also just ordered all new brake stuff (calipers, pad and rotors) for all 4 paws, as well as new lower ball joints. That's stuff that will get done soon.

I love my F150!
