What color trucks do we have here????

Mine is black - I will never have another black vehicle. They look outstandingly sharp when clean, but geez, they get dirty fast - and I'm getting too old and lazy to bathe it as often as needed.
White on the other hand can almost be growing mildew stuff on it before it looks bad.

not true, maybe for silver but not white. I have rail dust and have had it removed once by the dealer. The truck looked great when they cleaned it off but now it's back. I also have it on my 2002 Bonneville (ivory white). I said I wouldn't buy another white vehicle again but then I bought the Bonneville earlier this year. It only had 17K original miles so it was hard not to considering Pontiac quit making them in 05 and the last year with a supercharger was 03.

Mine is also black and I know exactly what you mean. When I finish detailing my truck I don't think there's another truck on the road that can match how sharp it looks. It sure doesn't stay that way long though, especially when it rains. Although the fender flares I put on mine did help some in minimizing how fast mine gets dirty.
