We always raised the bed at the dealer, simple to do. On the driver side loosen all the bolts from underneath where they bolt to the frame, should be 18mm. No need to remove them, on the passenger side you will want to completely remove them.
Using a floor jack and a 2x4 cut long enough to span the gap between the jack and the double crimped seam in the sheet metal of the bed. Fold up a towel or rag and place it between the bumper and bed on the driver side so you don't damage the paint when lifting the bed off the frame.
Jack it up as high as you need to reach over the frame to get at the pump(s).
SAFETY WARNING: Make sure you put something between the bed and frame to hold it up in case the floor jack or 2x4 should fall otherwise you could get trapped if the bed falls on you. You will have to lay on the frame to reach the pump(s).
