Weak Air Conditioner
I purchased my 2005 F150 King Ranch truck new. It has always had a weak air conditioner. I took it to the dealership and they always found nothing wrong with the air conditioner. I took it to a private facility and had the compressor checked and it was and is functioning. My air conditioner does not really, or should I say barely cools the truck. I put an electric fan (puller) to help cool down the engine, and help my air conditioner. The compressor clutch works, and if I drive the truck at highway speed, it will blow almost normal to normal cold air. Does anybody have any suggestions. I have been told Ford air conditioning is weak, but police crown Victoria have awesome air conditioners that freeze you while idling in South Texas heat. Please give me some suggestions.
