Someone told me it was the A/C drain, but i wasn't able to find any kind of drain under the dash. Any suggestions?

Default Water in Floor Board

I have not replaced the windshield. It don't have a smell like that, the carpet feels sticky and damp.

There could be a heater core leak- this is the device which puts heat into the cab, and is plumbed into the coolant lines from the rad.

Has the coolant level in the rad gone down at all?

I wouldn't be the heater core if it doesn't smell like antifreeze
