Warning Message VIN/warranty
So just had some work done on my 2013 f150 and the service manager said he got a warning message when he pulled my vehicle up stating
Warning
Verify vin/warranty coverage
Vehicle sold in Canada
Service info may be unavailable
Just bought my truck in January at another dealership. Has 26k miles on it. Just wondering if this is something to be concerned about or if there is anything i need to do. I do have a 5 year extended warranty

Nope - not much for you to worry about. We deal with it all the time here (opposite way though - ours get imported from South of the Border).
The biggest concern is that the mileage gets converted properly. The warning message is just to bring attention to the dealership that there's a couple other steps they need to do before processing a warranty claim.
Nothing for you to worry about. It could be alarming for a dealer that's never seen it before, but once they're used to it, it's no big deal.
