Says it's in Monroe, Michigan, my hometown. There's a lot of tacky vehicles down there, but thank God, I've never seen that one.

Honestly. I think the hubcaps could look cool, but they would need a "plain" truck to look right. I am imagining a 1960's regular cab with a plain paint job and a wood bed.
