I once saw a white 4x4 F-350 SuperDuty, bone stock except for a red vinyl top like a caddy would have. I threw up in my mouth!!

I dont remember the name but it's a purpose made handicap van. It's a ford engine/tranny and made by ford and designed by a third party company
