Default Turn Signals

Hey everyone I need some help... I have a 2004 f-150 super crew cab and have recently just ran into a weird problem with my turn signals. It seems that when I put my signal to the left it ticks normally but when I put it to the right it ticks really fast. I was thinking it had to be the fuse but if it was a fuse wouldnt it make both turn signal go fast? Can anyone help me out on this? Also I was thinking about putting a cold air intake on my truck but I have asked around and a couple people told me that if I was to I would have to take my truck to the dealership to have the computer adjusted to the intake is that true? Or can I just slap that puppy on and get max performance?

When a bulb blows a fast rate turn signal is often triggered by that, check that all bulbs are in fact blinking, if they are check the relay, if not replace the bulb
