Default truck stalls when fron tank is switched from rear tank

hello ,
can you tell me what the problem can be when i switch from rear tank to the front tank on the selector switch and the ruck stalls and don want to run even if there is gas in both tanks?

The fuel pump is most likely bad, but the switch could also be bad.

is the fuel pump the same as a fuel delivery module and where is it located. how can i tell if this is the broken cpart?

when in a car wash in past on front tank it would want to stall and i would switch to rear tank and no problems

The fuel module is located in each fuel tank & have a pump & float assy.These feed the high pressure pump which feeds the rail. Look at a dodgy electrical connection, or even check the fuel pump relay.
