On my drive to work tomorrow my bumper to bumper will expire as I will hit 36k. I do have a extended warranty that I purchased from my credit union when I refinanced after purchase. I know they say third parties are hard to work with but that was all I wanted to spend at time, but I am covered to 1 00k.

Was there a reason you didn't invest in a genuine FORD ESP instead of a third party one?

Basically the finance person and I were not getting along and he would not go down in price. I said I just want to sign and get out of here. Then he gave me the line of garbage about making 3 payments. I signed and when I was leaving I said refinancing tomorrow. Did but 3 days later. I have not been back to dealer of purchase. But price was right.

The Ford extended Warranty is very good.
I bought the extended warranty when I bought my F-250.
(Even paid for my oil changes, and that was a lot with the huge amount of oil needed)

When I traded my 250 for a 150, I bought the extended warranty.
Note: I have a good dealer, and several friends who work there.

Some guys post about the shabby treatment they have received at a Ford place, my experience is just the opposite.
Ronnie Watkins Ford in Gadsden has been an excellent dealer with good people working in their quick service lane, and good mechanics working in the other lane.
