Default Trading my truck? Need input

Hi guys, I'm thinking about trading my truck. I found a 04 f150 fx4 package all leather aftermarket rims and tires, dual exhaust and 173 thousand miles. My truck that I would be trading is a 04 ford f150 xlt 4x4 with 134 thousand miles, currently needs manifolds and possibly cam phasers, and has a little rust. Just wanted to see what everyone else's opinion was on a straight across trade? I wanted the place to show me a carfax on the truck but they said they didn't have one so i don't know what to think about it. Here's a picture of the fx4 that I'm interested in.

That's what worries me... Why wouldn't they spend 30 bucks for one when I have one to show on my truck.

On here and other forums you can find people who have access to Carfax and will return the info to you. Just get the VIN.

I know for sure there was a guy here doing it.

I drove the truck and it ran and drove great, the only issue I found was the oil pressure gauge was acting a little funky, it would hop around and just bounce, I don't know if that would be a faulty wire or what?

Hard telling...could be a bad sending unit??? It doesn't have a real oil pressure gauge that shows actual PSI. It has an idiot light style oil pressure gauge that is supposed to show if it is in normal range or not.
