Ford doesn't make a 350 CI in a 2005 (or any other year) F-150. ?????

If you're referring to Chevy or GMC you've posted in the wrong forum. This is ...

What? I took it as he has a problem with his F350.. Not with a 350ci motor?

Yes it is a F 150 and a F350 .I see bad reviews on the Dorman replacement blend door actuator. Any comments.

Probably better off pricing out an OEM one at tascaparts.com. Some Dorman products are good and some aren't. I replaced a power window motor in my Bronco a few months back. The 22yr old motor still worked but the plastic gears stripped out. So I replaced it with a Dorman and 2 months later it crapped the bed so I had to replace it again.

Old trick with those motors that still turn but the plastic bushings wear out causing them to malfunction, get 1/4 nuts, stack them two in each hole between the lobes of the large and small gear, after of course you clean out all the pieces of broken plastic.

Never have any more problems except when the motor actually wears out. Napa use to sell a repair kit for $12 but the 1/4 nuts are a lot cheaper.
