Best way to improve brightness with tinted headlights is to remove the tint.

FYI, your sarcasm isn't lost on me ... However, it does bear discussion when you start decreasing the performance of critical items, such as your headlights.
Even though it's not my style, I understand the desire to change the look of your truck to get the headlamp area looking darker ... but the fact you've done that in a way that (admittedly by you) makes it very hard to see well at night ... that's just not smart, no matter how you spin it.
They make all kinds of replacement headlight assemblies that have dark interiors, and can darken up the overall look ... not the same as having "blacked out lenses" ... but hey, you DO need to see where you're going in that 6,000lb tank at night, don't you?
There are no bulbs or lamps that are going to overcome the tinted lenses ... so you can stop looking. You may get something brighter than stock, but it's still going to fall short of the performance you NEED to see at night.
So, again ... remove the tint and do it right ... or at least commit yourself to NOT ever driving at night, so that you don't endanger yourself or anyone else on the road.
