Default Tie down points load capacity

Just signed up with the site...never posted, blogged or done much other than e-mail in the civilian sector. Soon to be retired from USMC and plan on hauling Harley Ultra Classic in '09 STX, but cannot find the answer to the load capacity of the factory tie down points. Saw the picture of the muffler clamps; good idea, but still don't know what the maximum load the structure will withstand. Anyone have a measured failure limit? Thanks, Zed.

I assume you're just talking about the stakeholes in the corners? I don't know an exact load limit, but they will easily hold your Harley. I've always tied my motorcycles down to them, and never had a problem.
