Default Taking off the emblems on truck

Anyone know how to take off the F150 and Ford emblems on the truck? I'm gonna go for a clean look but don't have a clue how I'd go about doing it. Any info will help

If it's a new body style don't bother. There are whole's behind them.

Default Okay, so then.....

does this mean they would actually be easier to take off, if you just wanted to have them black chromed and then put back on ???

I'm thinking maybe with this design, they would not have to use a whole bunch of epoxy glue (or whatever it is) to hold them on..... True ?

I don't mind the badges.... But I hope I can turn them black easy enough.....

Fish

PS, I don't mind the Ford blue badge.... although the one on the tail gate could be a bit smaller. Anyway.

If you want them black just leave them on the truck and paint them. That's what I did and it turned out pretty good.

The only thing holding the emblems on is a double sided tabe backing to each side. I ran fishing wire behind it and it came off pretty easy. I then used Ammonia free Foam glass cleaner and a plastic scraper from the kitchen.( My wifes gonna kill me) and it all came off. i Painted them and attached them with 2 sided tape i got at O'reilys. It took me a total of an hour with going and getting supplies, painting and re-attaching.
