Exclamation Tail LIght problems

Ok..i have a 1993 ford f150 XL 4.9L 4x4 .....well my problem is when i turn on my head lights i have No taillights and when i turn on my turning signal both of the taillights flash but like slow hazards.....and i have brake lights part of the time.....BUt when i have the lights off my brake lights and turning signal lights work just fine....i have checked all my bulbs and they are all fine.....i have checked all my fuses and they are also all fine.....I was wondering if anybody knows what i should do???

Have you tried jiggling your key in the ignition? Sometimes a loose ignition contact switch can cause funky things like that. Just a guess.

Check body grounding connections, and also inspect tail lights groungings.

On my 94 f-150 my signal lights flash extremely slow. If they have been on for about a minute they almost come to a complete stop and longer after that they just stop flashing. All of my other lights work just fine so I dont think its a power issue. Anyone have any ideas?
